SL 5 Gadi Singer - Cognitive AI - Architecting the Next Generation of Machine Intelligence
Some commented that this is a new hype term, however in mid-2000s there was "Cognitive Computing" (it is used here in the blog, too). Hawkins/Numenta were part of that branch, so it is not so new, related to Cognitive Architectures etc.
