Doomenstein-3D Raycasting programming: FPS game engine from scratch

A game programming exercise in C, SDL2. Fixing building errors from an example, WSL2 Linux rendering compatibility fixes, adding most basic pixel-by-pixel texture mapping (TBC). Runs on Windows (WSL) and Linux. Originally by jdh.
